1) You MUST start in either the first or baby stage of your pokemon. For example, someone could start as Pichu OR Pikachu, but not Raichu.
2) Evolution will be based on points awarded for doing things like making IC topic, posting in IC topics, or even winning tournaments. When you reach the set number of points((to be added later on)), you have the option to evolve or make a topic finding the elemental stone that allows you to evolve. HOWEVER, you may choose not to evolve just yet, for some reason or another. That is fine, you don't have to evolve.
3) Legendary Pokemon are not allowed, however we may PM those we find worthy of the title; awarding them the rights to making a legendary pokemon. This will be rare occasion, don't ask as that will destroy your chances of getting one.
4) You cannot start as an egg, because then you would have absolutely nothing to do until you hatched. So please, just start out as a baby pokemon.
